I was thinking of patience and running when you were talking about it. My daughter's BYU coach told the team last Fall we need to "Win the Wait" because all sports were postponed for a time. This didn't mean to just sit and wait, but it meant working as hard as they could during this period. To me this is what patience looks like, it's "Winning the Wait". And then guess what the team did... they won the National Championship this Spring BECAUSE of their effort during the patience part!
